We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All orders are shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Then 2 to 5 business days for it to get delivered. The estimated time would be 4 to 7 working days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In very few scenarios (like covid-related restrictions) that are outside of our control, there might be a delay in shipping your products.

We offer free shipping all over India for all orders above ₹500.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping:
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ruhaani.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ruhaani.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
